Ano ba ang kahulugan ng Kabaro?

Kabaro is a Tagalog word, a connotation meaning comrade in English.

It’s a Filipino term that means a “fellow”, a “companion”, a “colleague”, or just simply “a fellow brother” which is often popularly used among men in uniform, police officers, soldiers, or even seafarers or seaman.

From the root word “baro” which means upper clothing e.g. “Barong Tagalog”“Baro’t Saya”… Ka-“BARO” simply implies that we are in ONE with the same “outfit or clothes” (similar to how other conjugated Tagalog words made: Ka-KOSA, Ka-KLASE, Ka-BARKADA, Ka-PUSO, Ka-PAMILYA…) 😊

Started as FB Group in 2017, Kabaro App has used the word “Kabaro” for seafarers since then!

Eh, ano ang meaning ng Kabaro sa mga Seaman?
